Richard Gregory Zahn Sr., PhD President and Chief Executive Officer

Richard Zahn has 20 years of leadership that begin with serving eleven years in the Special Operations Command of the United States Army beginning in 1985. After leaving his distinguished combat decorated career honorably, Mr. Zahn spent two years with the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office on a Narcotics task force until he was persuaded to move into the more dangerous world of business where he set his sights on business school and entered into a management program at ICI - Glidden Paints Company. With many certifications under his belt to include NDPA Certified Coating Consultant, Certified Thoro-Coatings waterproofing contractor, Indoor air quality certified Mold Remediator, Certified Indoor environmentalist, Mr. Zahn entered into a General Contractor School to receive his first of many state General Contractors Licenses.

After 6 years of service with Glidden, Hersh Reconstruction recruited Mr. Zahn as a Director of Operations and shortly thereafter partnered with the firm and later became CEO of all combined Hersh operations. Hersh Reconstruction, Inc. established in 1985 is a Multi-Family renovation company with annual gross contracts exceeding 65 million dollars. Hersh has expertise in all aspects of Condominium conversion and renovates an average of 8000 units (37 -40 projects) per annum. After several years of continued growth Mr. Zahn created ZMG Corp. (Zahn Management Group) and begin a development arm that became a natural extension of Hersh's core business. Mr. Zahn has put together an "A-Team" and is very proud of his National Award winning staff of contractors and developers alike. Hersh Reconstruction, Inc received the NAA (National Apartment Association) Renovation of the Year award for the Windsor Lake Project in Atlanta, Georgia in 2001, and recently won the Melbourne, Fl. city beautification award for the Portifino apartment renovation.

Currently, Mr. Zahn is CEO of Hersh Reconstruction, Inc., and ZMG Corp. ZMG is Mr. Zahn's new crown jewel in which he has heavily invested in quality talent from all over the US and has recently partnered with a twenty-year veteran and President of his combined ZMG companies to execute his development plan. ZMG is an aggressive Florida Based real estate development-company with vast years of constructions and development experience. Hersh has performed thousands of renovations for tens of developers over the years with a perfect track record. Twenty years later, Mr. Zahn stepped up and with his acquired talent and began the principled centered road to success with his own development arm. Mr. Zahn has completed several developments lately that include his 194 unit La Costa Brava (20,500,000.00 purchase and development) downtown urban development which sold out in 10 months time, 268 Unit Arbor Club (36,500,000.00 purchase and development) project in beautiful Ponte Vedra Beach, FL that is weeks away from sell out, 32 Unit (6,500,000.00 purchase and development) luxurious ocean front condo development in the Blue Ribbon award winning Deerfield Beach, 28 Unit downtown high end urban district (3,100,000.00 purchase and development) Orlando development, and the most recent purchase of The Stratford, a Winter park Condominium (18,200,000.00 purchase and development) set in the high rent district of Winter Park with the areas best schools.

Mr. Zahn received his AS from the University of North Carolina, BA in Marketing from the University Of Texas. Mr. Zahn also received his MBA from Regis University in Denver, Colorado and subsequently completed his PhD in Management from Regis University.
Mr. Zahn has four children from his past marriage.
